Description
The Splitz pull-buoy is manufactured from a durable high density closed-cell polyethylene foam. The buoys are lightweight and are of a comfortable fit. The difference in size is based on the length ie. creating more space for larger legs. They come in four sizes, mini, small, medium and large and a variety of mottled colours.
An essential training aid for every swimmer, pullbuoys isolate the upper body so you can focus on your arms and master your technique.
It gives buoyancy to the legs, helping you get into a good position to really put your arms and abs to the test. Use with an ankle pull around your ankles to shift the focus so that you can build upper body strength.
